There is nothing better then baking with fresh produce with your children!

Yesterday after my family went berry picking, we made this fab dessert, which was devoured!

Ingredients: *1 box of Pillsbury Pie Crust (Found near the crescent rolls in the refrigerated section of your supermarket). *1/2 tsp. of orange zest, *1 Organic egg, * 2 tbs. of cornstarch, *1/3 cup of Organic sugar, *1/2 cup of blueberries, *1 1/3 cup of raspberries, & *1 1/3 cup if blackberries.

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400*, & line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, & set aside.

1.) In a large bowl mix cornstarch & sugar together with a fork.

2.) Add orange zest, blackberries, blueberries & raspberries into the mixture & mix gently.

3.) Whisk the egg a small bowl & set aside.

4.) On a floured surface, open the two packages of pie crusts. Cut out four 5 inch circles from each sheet, totaling 8 circles. (Discard the remaking scraps of dough.)

5.) Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the berry mixture on half of each round.

6.) Brush the edge with the egg mixture, then fold in half.

7.) Next crimp the outline, score 3 slits, then place onto the cookie sheet.

8.) Brush the top of each pie with the remaining egg wash, & bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes in the center rack of the oven.

9.) Cool on a wire rack until cool.

Makes 8 individual pies.
